These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the VoxClone mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using VoxClone, you agree to these Terms.
VoxClone provides AI-powered voice processing and voice generation features. Features may change, be added, or be removed from time to time.
You retain ownership of content you submit to VoxClone, subject to the rights necessary for us and our service providers to process that content and provide the requested features.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
VoxClone may provide voice cloning or voice transformation features. You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent before uploading or processing another person's voice.
You must not use VoxClone to impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, or otherwise unlawfully harm another person.
AI-generated audio may not accurately represent a real person and may contain errors or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using or distributing it.
You must comply with applicable laws and disclose synthetic or AI-generated content when required by law, platform rules, or the circumstances of its use.
You may not use VoxClone to create or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful. You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service or its security.
VoxClone may rely on third-party services, including Fish Audio, to provide AI voice processing. Your use of features involving third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
If paid subscriptions or purchases are available, the applicable price and billing period will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's payment and subscription rules.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
VoxClone and its software, interface, branding, and underlying technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we retain all rights in the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxClone and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or uses the Service unlawfully.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VoxClone after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
